The stewards handed out several decisions after the Canadian GP. Oscar Piastri received a 10-second penalty for his contact with Alex Albon, Isack Hadjar took two penalties and still kept fifth, and George Russell, whose car stopped mid-race, was fined €5,000 (suspended for 12 months).

Piastri: contact with Albon, 10 seconds
SI reported that Piastri (McLaren) touched Albon's Williams at the hairpin on lap 13, leaving debris and forcing Piastri to pit for a new front wing. SI said that after being lapped he was given a 10-second penalty for taking Albon out of the race. Crash.net likewise said Piastri was penalised for putting Albon out with a collision. Lapchive's penalty list records "Car 81 collided with Car 23 in Turn 10", with the 10 seconds issued on lap 23 and served on lap 51. The lap and corner details differ between sources, but all agree the sanction was 10 seconds. Piastri started fourth, finished 11th (two laps down) and scored no points. Albon retired on lap 11.
Hadjar: two penalties, still fifth
According to SI, Hadjar (Red Bull) took a 10-second penalty for a late defence against Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) on the back straight after the restart, then a stop-and-go for a yellow-flag violation. Leclerc reportedly called the moment "nearly a huge one". Crash.net summed it up as a 10-second penalty plus a stop-and-go, and RacingNews365 also said he received several penalties. Lapchive's results table has Hadjar starting seventh and finishing fifth (+5.033s, 67 laps), and Crash.net called it his best result for Red Bull.
Detail such as the lap each penalty was issued appears only in Lapchive's summary section rather than in its verbatim table, so this article leaves it out.
Russell: fined for throwing his head restraint
RacingNews365 (posted 25 May at 2:38 AM, believed to be UK time) reported that the FIA stewards fined Russell €5,000, suspended for 12 months, for throwing his head restraint onto the track after his car stopped. Lapchive's penalty list shows the same: fined €5,000, suspended for 12 months. RacingNews365 quoted the decision as saying the driver was "extremely frustrated having failed to finish the race" and expressed "his embarrassment at what subsequently followed", and the stewards accepted his apology. Russell had stopped from the lead with a power unit problem (see our race report).
Other decisions
Lapchive's list also contains a 5-second penalty for Nico Hülkenberg for pit-lane speeding (80.3 km/h), a €1,000 fine for Leclerc for pit-lane speeding (96.3 km/h) and a reprimand for Liam Lawson over the formation lap. Sergio Pérez's blue-flag case ended with no further action. Hülkenberg's entry differs between Lapchive's verbatim table and its summary, so no further detail is given here.
What to take from it
All three decisions should be read alongside the results table. Piastri scored nothing, while Hadjar still took 10 points despite his penalties. The regulatory reasoning for each decision is in the FIA decision document (Doc 104), but it could not be read this time, so this article sticks to what the press reports and Lapchive's records say.
